		<description><![CDATA[I made it through elementary school (k-8) without ever buying the school lunch. Honestly, even at an early age I was neurotic. I have no idea why my Mom humored me by packing a lunch every day for 9 years. 

My own kids now attend the local Catholic school at our parish. They pack lunch about 30% of the time. But I have to say the food they get is a lot better than the stuff I saw on the web link above. Yikes!

I can remember as a kid, my Dad used to tell me that school kids in France walked to school with a bottle of wine and a loaf of baguette for their lunch. I always envied those kids...]]></description>
