Back in the ‘Ville

We just got home about 30 minutes ago and I am glad to be back. Saturday morning we left here around 6 am for the five hour drive to Asheville, NC where we met some friends at the Biltmore Estate. We spent a very cool afternoon there before heading back to their house in Greenville, SC. Had a great visit and made the drive back today.
We were lucky enough to enjoy some gorgeous fall foliage through the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. Absolutely fantastic.
The best part of coming home was seeing the pooch, who my father-in-law was nice enough to bring home from the kennel for us this afternoon. I missed him and we had a lick-filled reunion as soon as I could get in the door.
Looking forward to voting tomorrow and seeing how things turn out.
